This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the ways that DEVAL LLC ("DEVAL") uses and protects information collected by DEVAL. All products and services provided by DEVAL are subject to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time consistent with applicable privacy laws.

 

 

Information Collected by DEVAL​

DEVAL collects various types of information in the course of providing services to its clients. ​​- Confidential Information​: non-public information concerning an individual or entity that is a client or potential client of DEVAL. Confidential Information includes Personal Information.

-  Personal Information: A subset of Confidential Information, Personal Information includes any data that is personally identifiable, such as name, social security number, street address, account numbers, phone numbers, financial information, and other personally identifiable information. Personal Information does not include information that does not identity a specific user or individual. At DEVAL, all Personal Information is classified at Highly Confidential Information.​

​​Information collected by DEVAL may be used in the following ways:

- To provide products and services purchased by clients

- To provide client service with respect to products and services purchased by clients.

- To improve the products and services provided by DEVAL.

- To address any network security issues.  

-  In connection with the prevention, investigation, or resolution of illegal activities, violation of DEVAL's Terms of Use, or contractual obligations of DEVAL clients or vendors.
