​​Liza Ramos-Santos - Director, Real Estate - Caribbean Region

 

 

​Ms. Liza Ramos-Santos, Esq. is the Director of Real Estate for DEVAL’s regional office in the Caribbean.  Ms. Ramos-Santos oversees all of DEVAL’s government accounts in the Caribbean.  Prior to working at DEVAL, Ms. Ramos-Santos worked during two years for Mellado & Mellado-Villarreal, a mid size law firm dedicated to corporate and labor law, and  general  practice.  Ms. Ramos-Santos has a Juris Doctor Degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law (Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pre-Law from the University of Puerto Rico.  Ms. Ramos-Santos is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is also an Authorized Public Notary in Puerto Rico.  She is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association.  Ms. Ramos-Santos, a native of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, is fluent in Spanish.
