Residential Mortgage Loan Processor/Loan Processor

The primary function of the Loan Processor is to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers. Responsibilities include: Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing; input proper loan information into the system for processing; responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policy; verify loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting. Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested. Order and coordinate loan documents. Meet crucial deadlines requested and perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management.

 

 

CPA with Audit Experience

Managers are primarily responsible for client relationships within their area of expertise and for clients assigned to them. Managers direct the work of staff, seniors and supervisors assigned to their client engagements. Direct field work on financial statement audit and accounting engagements, monitoring progress of engagements in relation to budgets and due dates. Supervise and review engagement planning, train and evaluate staff and senior accountants and supervisors. Review work before submission for further review. Requirements – 4+ years of financial statement audit experience; CPA is required, Experience working with privately-held clients is a plus, and industry experience in real estate, mortgage, and government is strongly desired.

 

 

Junior Auditor

Responsibilities include working with the senior auditor to plan the audit. Talk with the client about what preparations need to be made, such as providing workspace and access to documents. During the audit itself, check expenditures, revenue and other financial records to ensure that all numbers are accurate, regulations are complied with, and all payments are accurately classified and recorded. Assist in preparing the discussion draft of the audit report. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in accounting; 2+ years’ experience in auditing or accounting, and strong analytical skills.
