Paola Rivera - Director, Operations 

 

 

Ms. Paola Rivera-Guzman is the Director of Operations for DEVAL.  Ms. Rivera-Guzman is responsible for implementing and managing operational plans while improving processes and policies in support of organizational goals.  Ms. Rivera-Guzman assists in the development of strategic plans for operational activity and monitors, manages and improves the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance.  In addition, Ms. Rivera-Guzman is responsible for managing vendor and supplier selection process and monitoring ongoing compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.  Ms. Rivera-Guzman has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Catholic University of Honduras.  Ms. Rivera-Guzman, a native of Honduras, is fluent in Spanish.
