​​Marye Ish - Director, Affordable Housing

 

 

Ms. Marye Ish currently serves as Director of Affordable Housing for DEVAL's regional office in the Washington DC Metro Area.  As a low income housing lawyer, Ms. Ish brings over 37 years of experience in low income housing in areas of development, management, inspections, program administration, contract administration and adherence to federal regulations and requirements.  Ms. Ish has directed activities that included the development Admissions and Occupancy Plans, Section 8 Administrative Plans and Asset Management Plans. She is knowledgeable about the Hope VI, market rate and multifamily development; operating budget (SAGIS, LOCCS and VMS); PHAS and SEMAP experience, rent reasonableness studies, utility analysis and studies, Capital Fund projects, budgets and planning, procurement and position papers for HUD relating to public, Section 8 and Indian housing.  Ms. Ish has numerous HUD and private certifications in public housing, Section 8, and multifamily key areas.​
