​​Barbara Kemry - Senior Vice President, Real Estate

 

 

Ms. Barbara Kemry is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and is based out of DEVAL's regional office in Texas.  Ms. Kemry is responsible for leveraging and expanding our core real estate operations, increasing operational productivity, improving service quality and expanding our product offerings in the Real Estate Department.  Ms. Kemry brings over 10 years of experience in real estate, management, finance, loan servicing, asset management and valuation.  Ms. Kemry has experience in planning, directing and managing projects for clients in the private and public sector, including the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
